All the team in Bristol were incredibly helpful; I received a lovely smiley welcome at reception, my coffee and biscuits were delicious and to top it off, my colourist Kelly was delightful and my new colour looks and feels amazing! Thank you all very much, I’ll be back!”

Meet the team
KharlaTop Stylist / Salon Manager
Recently making the move from London to Bristol, Kharla is now the Manager of the Bristol salon and can’t wait to build an “amazing client base who she looks forward to seeing each month”. Kharla was inspired by the creative opportunity that hairdressing offers, but her favourite part of the job has always been to make a difference to her guest’s confidence and meeting people from all walks of life.
Kharla loves working for Trevor Sorbie because every hairdresser “is amazing, unique and really cares about what they do”. This means that she can constantly be learning from everyone around her.
Gerald splits his time between our newest salon in the heart of Bristol and our salon in Hampstead, London.
After 10 years with Trevor Sorbie, still Gerald’s favourite part of his job is to “make people happy”. He feels proud to be a stylist every day, but particularly after cutting a wig for someone suffering medical hair loss. It’s about “giving someone the confidence to walk out of the salon with their head held high” and is a passion that Gerald shares with Trevor Sorbie himself.
For Gerald the classic bob is the most eternal hair trend as it “never goes away it just gets reinvented” and he loves finding the perfect cut to match his guest’s personality. Aside from hairdressing, Gerald loves music and dancing – it’s his therapy!
Kelly originally chose Trevor Sorbie to “work amongst the best in the business” and surround herself with inspirational people every day. Having moved from our London salons to be in Bristol, she loves what the diverse city has to offer. She loves being able to express her creativity, whilst also making her guests “feel good and confident in themselves”.
Georgie has been with Trevor Sorbie in Bristol since the salon opened in 2018. Since then she has built a strong clientele, was chosen to join the L’Oréal ID Artist Team and is now a Semi-Finalist of the L’Oréal Colour Trophy 2020.
She was inspired to be a hairdresser by watching friends create amazing hair-up styles which made other people feel fantastic - Georgie wanted to be like them! She came to Trevor Sorbie to be "pushed to the best of her ability" and to “be trained by the best”.
The Bristol salon provides an inspirational hub for Georgie to be creative every day around inspiring, likeminded people.
