Kate describes herself as “born to be in this industry”, and her greatest achievement was passing her final test to join Trevor Sorbie. Seeing the young talent in the salon emerging through the ranks makes Kate feel proudest as educator, a role which means there is “never a dull moment!”. Her hopes for the future are to keep teaching and inspiring people “as long as I’m doing that I’ll be a happy lady”
