OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.

Please understand that when you miss your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

Our salons now require card details in advance to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to show up or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, in which case your card will be charged 100% of the service amount.

This cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our waiting guests of appointment availability. Our aim is to provide an excellent service level and this policy allows us to achieve this.

We will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance via SMS. If you do need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Did you know we offer ‘same day’ appointments, Monday–Friday? Simply call your salon to book your slot.

SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY

At Trevor Sorbie, we take great pride in the quality of our services and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the result of your service, please contact your salon within 7 days of your original appointment. Your stylist or colour technician will review your concerns and assess the result.

Where it is agreed that the service outcome does not meet our professional standards, we will offer to adjust or redo the service, within a reasonable time frame.

Please note that:

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind, personal preference, or where the service outcome aligns with the agreed consultation.

  • Any remedial or re-do service must be carried out by the same stylist or salon manager unless otherwise agreed.

This policy ensures that our team has the opportunity to assess and correct any issues directly, maintaining the high standard of care and craftsmanship that Trevor Sorbie is known for.
