Updated covid policies – 24th February 2022
The UK Prime Minister has announced the lifting of COVID restrictions as part of the Government’s “Living with COVID-19” strategy.
From Thursday 24th February, the Government will remove the legal requirement to self-isolate following a positive test. The guidance for our salon remains that guests with key symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend the salon, given the potential risk to others, and at Trevor Sorbie we would rather you focus on feeling better than attending the salon.
In accordance with the new strategy, we will continue to advise guests who test positive to stay at home and avoid contact with other people.
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your appointments. Please let us know as soon as possible if you experience any symptoms and are not well enough to attend your appointment.
As a company we have come to the decision it is up to the individual to decide if they wish to carry on wearing a face covering.
As a close contact service provider we understand some guests may still feel uncomfortable and potentially vulnerable.
Please take comfort in knowing all of our team will be more than happy to wear a face covering if requested.
We would like to thank you all for your continued support throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and should you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to get in contact with the salon.
